Kevin Shuba represents litigation clients in the areas of construction, real estate, public entity and probate law. He regularly practices in state and federal courts, and also represents clients in administrative hearings before various state agencies.

In construction and real estate matters, Kevin's emphasis is on finding timely, cost-effective and practical solutions for businesses that move his clients toward rapid resolution.

In probate matters, Kevin teams with Theresa Wade to recover assets for estates and protect the rights of heirs and devisees, and advocate for the rights of the elderly and disabled in financial abuse proceedings and in contested conservator and guardian proceedings.

In the practice of administrative law, Kevin defends employers against OSHA citations and professionals facing discipline before professional licensing boards.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice in both the Trial Division and General Counsel Division for various state agencies. Actively involved in the legal community, Kevin has been selected to provide continuing legal education to other attorneys in the fields of administrative law and civil litigation, serving as both a presenter and panel member. He authored the chapter on OR-OSHA practice in the Oregon State Bar's Workers' Compensation CLE in 2005.
