Theresa M. Wade

Theresa Wade provides legal services in the areas of estate planning, business, elder and tax law. She works with clients preparing wills and trusts, advising clients on the creation and ongoing operations of business entities, and assisting families with elder law issues including guardianships and conservatorships. Ms. Wade is experienced in administering trust and probate estates, forming and advising for-profit and non-profit organizations and assisting with their related transactional and tax issues, and preparing state and federal estate, fiduciary and gift tax returns.

Ms. Wade is a member of the Oregon State Bar's Estate Planning and Administration Section Executive Committee, the Legislative Policy Committee of the Bar's Elder Law Section, the Board of Bar Examiners, and is the President of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council.

Ms. Wade joined this firm as an associate in 2001 and became a shareholder in 2004.
