Kim E. Hoyt

Kim Hoyt represents individuals, regional and national corporations, insurance companies, and governmental agencies throughout Oregon in state and federal courts. Presently, Ms. Hoyt focuses on employment and medical malpractice litigation and, along with John Pollino, supervises a litigation team of six associate attorneys.

She believes a creative approach to resolving cases often provides the best results for clients who are seeking resolution of an important matter for as reasonable a cost as possible in terms of both time and legal expense. In pursuing her clients' objectives, Ms. Hoyt frequently utilizes alternative dispute resolution techniques including mediation and arbitration, yet recognizes that on certain occasions trial is the best way to pursue her clients' objectives.

Formerly a partner in another respected Salem law firm, Ms. Hoyt merged her practice with this firm in 1998 and became a shareholder in 2000.
